Prosciutto Wrapped Pears with Mascarpone Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Pears (any kind)

  • Mascarpone Cheese

  • Prosciutto

  • Olive Oil

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Honey

  • Pine Nuts

Preparation:

  1. Slice pears into wedges.

  2. Top with about a teaspoon of mascarpone cheese.

  3. Slice prosciutto into strips and wrap pears.

  4. Drizzle with either olive oil and balsamic vinegar or honey and pine nuts.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Get creative! Use goat cheese, blue cheese, or any other kind of soft spreadable cheese.
