Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil for pan

  • 1 tbsp olive oil for sauce

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven 375 degrees.

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for salt, pepper and oil for the pan. Set aside.

  • Remove tenderloins from package and season with salt & pepper on each side.

  • Heat large pan on medium high. Add oil.

  • Brown tenderloins on each side. *Only a few minutes on each side, set aside.

  • Place tenderloins on a greased 9X13 or sheet pan.

  • Using a brush, spread mixture over pork tenderloins (make sure to mix again right before spreading)

  • Place in oven for 15 mins then remove.

  • Add foil on top so the pork doesn’t burn. Return to the oven and continue to cook for 15 mins or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.

  • Remove from oven and let tenderloins rest for 10 mins before slicing.

  • Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Don’t have a pork loin? Try it with Roast!
