Quick Korean Beef

Ingredients:
Sauce:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 green onions, chopped
Ingredients:
1lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp garlic, diced
1 tsp ginger, diced
Sesame seeds for topping
Preparation:
Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add a little oil.
Add ground beef to the pan and brown. Empty any grease left over from the beef.
While beef is cooking, add all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Add garlic & ginger to beef and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add sauce to beef. Cook for 2 mins then turn down to low and let simmer for 5 mins. Be sure to stir consistently.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
Tips:
Try this with ground turkey, pork or chicken. You can even do a tofu version if you are vegetarian.
