Parmesan Tomatoes

- 1-2 - Beefsteak Tomatoes - 1-½ Cups - Grated Parmesan - 1 TBSP - Italian Seasoning - ¼ Tsp - Salt - ¼ Tsp - Pepper - Olive Oil


1. Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Slice each tomato into 3 or 4 even slices. 3. In a bowl, mix together cheese, italian season, salt, and pepper. 4. Top each tomato with an even amount of cheese mixture.. 5. Drizzle with just a bit of olive oil. 6. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes. 7. Serve and enjoy.


Notes/Quick Tips: - To brown the cheese just a bit more, pop in the broiler for about 30 seconds or so. - Get creative! Don’t want to cook inside? Simply line your grill with some tin foil and take the cooking outdoors!
