Ingredients:

  • 2 Bunches - Broccoli

  • 3-4 Cloves - Garlic, minced

  • 1/4 Cup - Olive Oil

  • 1/2 - 1 TBSP - Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Chop broccoli in small, bite sized pieces.

  2. Heat oil over medium-medium high heat in a skillet large enough to have 1 layer of broccoli (this may require cooking in 2 batches depending on size of skillet and how big the bunches of broccoli are).

  3. Once broccoli begins to brown, add minced garlic, hot pepper flakes, and salt to taste.

  4. Continue cooking until broccoli is tender but not mush.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Add more oil as necessary and adjust heat to prevent burning.

  • The smaller you cut your broccoli, the easier it will be to control the cooking.
