Kielbasa w/ Pierogies & Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package - Kielbasa

  • 1 Head - Cabbage

  • 1 Box - Pierogies, any flavor

  • 3 TBSP - Olive Oil, divided

  • 1-2 Tsp - Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tsp - Oregano

  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray lightly with cooking spray).

  2. Chop cabbage into bite sized pieces. Season with garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil over cabbage and toss to combine.

  4. Chop kielbasa into 1" chunks.

  5. Place pierogies in single layer on center of pan and drizzle with remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

  6. Place cabbage on one side of pierogies and kielbasa on the other, keeping kielbasa in a single layer.

  7. Cook for 15 minutes, then toss cabbage and flip pierogies and kielbasa.

  8. Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until heated through and items are slightly browned.

  9. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Kielbasa and pierogies comes in many varieties...choose your favorite flavors!

  • Get creative! Substitute kielbasa with leftover sausage, bratwurst, or even chicken!
