Keto-Friendly Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 Cups - Shredded Mozzarella, low moisture

  • ¾ Cup - Almond Flour

  • ¼ Cup - Cream Cheese

  • 1 - Egg

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 425º.

  2. Combine mozzarella, almond flour, and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl.

  3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through.

  4. Mix until slightly cooled, then add egg and mix until combined.

  5. Place dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  6. Use a piece of parchment paper on top to evenly press out dough.

  7. Discard top parchment paper and pierce dough several times with fork.

  8. Bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned.

  9. Remove from oven and add sauce and your favorite toppings.

  10. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.

  11. Slice and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Add dried herbs to cheese and flour mixture (Italian seasoning or oregano and garlic powder) after removing from microwave for added flavor.
