Jenny's Meatballs

  • 1.5lbs ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese or romano cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Roll meatball mixture into golfball sizes and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Heat oil in a cast iron or frying pan then place meatballs in a circular motion outside to inside.

  5. Brown each side for about 5 mins each.

  6. Place meatballs in to oven and cook for another 5-10 mins. The internal temp of your meatballs should be at least 165 degrees.


Notes/Quick Tips:

  • Serve with Grandma’s sauce or your favorite sauce

  • Serve on crusty bread for a delicious meatball sub

  • Enjoy with your favorite pasta and some buttered crusty bread

  • If you don’t have ground beef, you can use ground chicken or ground turkey.
