Grilled Shrimp Kebabs

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced thick

  • 5 oz Grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 Onion, sliced thick

  • 1 Pepper, sliced thick

  • 1 bottle Italian dressing for marinading

  • Wood skewers

  1. Soak wood skewers in water for at least 30 mins so they don’t burn on the grill.

  2. Take each skewers and load up with ingredients. Start with mushroom and then add your veggies and shrimp alternating as you fill up the skewer.

  3. Repeat until all your skewers are filled.

  4. Place skewers on a pan and soak in the Italian dressing.

  5. Grill on medium until shrimp are cooked- They will turn pink when they are cooked through.

  6. Enjoy!


Notes/Quick Tips:

  • You can mix up your ingredients- if you do like shrimp, you can do beef, chicken or sausage.

  • You can use an array of veggies. Make sure to stick to veggies that would cook easier i.e. zucchini or squash verses potatoes or carrots.
