Crockpot Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground turkey, cooked

  • 2 cans beans drained and rinsed (black beans, kidney, white beans etc.)

  • 2 14oz cans crushed tomatoes

  • 1 6oz can tomato paste

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cups corn (frozen or canned)

  • 1 green pepper, diced

  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced

  • 1-2 cups beef broth (depending on how thin or thick you want it)

  • 2 tbsp chili powder

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp coriander

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • Fritos, for topping

  • Diced green onion, for topping

  • Shredded cheese, for topping

  • Sour cream, for topping

  • Diced avocado, for topping

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to crockpot.

  2. Place lid on top. Select low and cook for 6-8 hours.

  3. Plate and top with toppings of choice.

Tips:

  • Try this with turkey and beef! You can even do ground chicken.

  • Add more beans or less beans depending on your preference.

  • You can eat this with rice instead of Fritos.
