Ingredients:

  • 8 - 10 Ears - Fresh Corn on the Cob

  • Toppings as below

Preparation:

  1. Cook ears of corn as desired by grilling, boiling, or steaming.

  2. Top with your favorite mixture.

  3. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Combine your favorite flavors for your own unique toppings.

  • Get creative! Serve a corn cob bar, much like a taco bar, for a creative party idea.

Anchovy Corn:

  • Mix 1 stick softened butter with 2 tsps anchovy paste. Toast ½ cup panko breadcrumbs in 2 TBS of anchovy butter on the stovetop over medium heat. Use remaining butter mixture to spread on hot ears of corn, then roll in breadcrumb mixture for a delicious crunch.

Spanish Corn:

  • Mix 3 TBS mayonnaise with 1 clove of grated garlic. Brush on hot corn, topping with grated manchego and smoked paprika.

Buffalo Corn:

  • Whisk together 6 TBS melted butter with 3 TBS buffalo wing sauce. Brush on hot corn and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, scallions, and some celery salt.

Jalapeno Lime Corn:

  • Mix 4 TBS softened butter with 1-2 diced jalapeños. Add 1 tsp lime zest and 2 tsp lime juice. Spread over hot corn, then top with grated queso fresco and fresh cilantro.
