Ingredients:
8 - 10 Ears - Fresh Corn on the Cob
Toppings as below
Preparation:
Cook ears of corn as desired by grilling, boiling, or steaming.
Top with your favorite mixture.
Serve and enjoy!

Anchovy Corn:
Mix 1 stick softened butter with 2 tsps anchovy paste. Toast ½ cup panko breadcrumbs in 2 TBS of anchovy butter on the stovetop over medium heat. Use remaining butter mixture to spread on hot ears of corn, then roll in breadcrumb mixture for a delicious crunch.
Spanish Corn:
Mix 3 TBS mayonnaise with 1 clove of grated garlic. Brush on hot corn, topping with grated manchego and smoked paprika.
Buffalo Corn:
Whisk together 6 TBS melted butter with 3 TBS buffalo wing sauce. Brush on hot corn and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese, scallions, and some celery salt.
Jalapeno Lime Corn:
Mix 4 TBS softened butter with 1-2 diced jalapeños. Add 1 tsp lime zest and 2 tsp lime juice. Spread over hot corn, then top with grated queso fresco and fresh cilantro.
