Chia Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup - Water

  • 1/2 Cup - Frozen Berries

  • 1/2 Each - Banana

  • Big handful of Spinach

  • 1 Scoop - Protein Powder

  • Sprinkle of Chia Seeds

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed mixer.

  2. Pour into a glass.

  3. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  • This recipe is one serving but you may double it easily for two people.

  • If you are adding this in addition to a breakfast item, i.e., eggs and toast, half a serving is suggested.
