  2. Place ribs in a plastic bag and pour marinade over ribs.

  3. Close bag and place in fridge for 7-10 hours.

  4. Rearrange the bag every couple hours to make sure the marinate covers all parts of the ribs.

  9. Open the grill and brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce. Don’t be shy!

  10. Close grill and cook for an additional 5 mins. The temp should be at least 145.

  11. Once ribs are up to temp, Place on clean plate and brush more BBQ sauce over the top.

  12. Enjoy with potatoes and Zucchini from the grill (See Notes)

Notes/Quick Tips:

  • You don’t have to make the BBQ sauce, you can use store bought as well.

  • To grill any veggies, you can use foil. Lay the foil sheet down and spray or drizzle oil. Place vegetable(s) on foil sheet and stick small pieces of butter throughout. Roll up foil on the top and sides before placing on the grill. (Medium heat for about 10-20 mins depending on type of veggie) *Potatoes are thicker so they will take longer to cook than zucchini.
