4-Ingredient Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:
2 Sticks - Salted Butter
1-1/2 Cups - Flour
1/2 Cup - Confectioners Sugar
1 Tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat butter until smooth using a stand or hand mixer.
Add flour, sugar, extract. Mix together until dough forms.
Place tablespoon size dollops onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper about 2" apart.
Leave as is, or slightly press down to form a flatter cookie.
Bake approximately 13-15 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
Remove, cool on sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
Get creative! Use different flavor extract. Add jam between two cookies to make a sandwich cookie. the tops of cooled cookies in a sugar glaze, melted chocolate, or our Homemade Nutella!
