2-Ingredient No-Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Basic Recipe:
2 Cups - Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Can - Sweetened Condensed Milk
Coffee Flavor (pictured):
3 TBSP - Instant Coffee
1 TBSP - Water
1 Tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
Line a 9x12" loaf pan with parchment paper.
Whip cream using a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk.
Pour into pan and freeze for 6 hours.
Serve and enjoy!
**If making coffee flavor** Mix together instant coffee, vanilla, and water, then add to cream and milk mixture, gently folding to incorporate.
Tips:
You can omit the parchment paper and freeze directly in the pan but using it makes for an easy cleanup.
Get creative! Experiment with flavors such as peanut butter, chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips and mint extract, or even sandwich between a couple of homemade cookies for an ice cream sandwich....the possibilities are endless!!
