2-Ingredient No-Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients:


Basic Recipe:

  • 2 Cups - Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 Can - Sweetened Condensed Milk

Coffee Flavor (pictured):

  • 3 TBSP - Instant Coffee

  • 1 TBSP - Water

  • 1 Tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation:

  1. Line a 9x12" loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Whip cream using a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk.

  4. Pour into pan and freeze for 6 hours.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

  6. **If making coffee flavor** Mix together instant coffee, vanilla, and water, then add to cream and milk mixture, gently folding to incorporate.

Tips:

  • You can omit the parchment paper and freeze directly in the pan but using it makes for an easy cleanup.

  • Get creative! Experiment with flavors such as peanut butter, chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips and mint extract, or even sandwich between a couple of homemade cookies for an ice cream sandwich....the possibilities are endless!!
